Twelve services on Databricks. Each has a fixed scope, a timeline and a starting price — because data leaders buy outcomes, not hours. The first real step costs under $5,000.
What you pay, and to whom
The prices below are our service fee only. A Databricks platform has four cost lines, and three of them are not ours.

We size the Databricks and cloud lines during the Discovery Workshop, and measure them for real during a three-week pilot. We do not resell Databricks licences and we take no margin on your consumption.
How we estimate the Databricks line
Databricks bills compute by the second, in DBUs. Rates differ by product, by cloud and by region — these are list rates for AWS in the Singapore region, the closest to Vietnam, read on 16 September 2026.

A worked example: three weeks of piloting
Three weeks, one pipeline running two hours a day and a small serverless warehouse open three hours a day, puts the Databricks line at roughly $500, plus a few tens of dollars of cloud storage. Your bill depends on your data and how hard you run it — this is arithmetic on assumptions, not a quote.
Three things that move this number
- Warehouse size doubles the rate at every step up. Sizing one notch too large doubles the bill, not the performance.
- An idle warehouse keeps billing until it stops. Auto-stop defaults to 45 minutes on classic warehouses and 10 on serverless — shortening it is the cheapest saving available.
- Committing to usage up front earns a discount. On Azure, pre-purchased units are published at up to 37% off; on AWS and Google Cloud the discount is negotiated, not published.

Prices in USD, excluding taxes. Final price depends on the scope agreed after the first conversation. Engagements above $20,000 are delivered in milestones, each accepted and invoiced before the next begins. Timelines assume timely access to systems and data.
