What you pay, and to whom
The prices below are our service fee only. A Databricks platform has four cost lines, and three of them are not ours.

Three things that move this number
- Each step up in warehouse size roughly doubles the rate. Sizing one notch too large roughly doubles the bill, not the performance.
- An idle warehouse keeps billing until it stops. Auto-stop defaults to 45 minutes on classic and 10 on serverless. Shortening it is the cheapest saving there is.
- Committing to usage up front earns a discount. On Azure, pre-purchased units are published at up to 37% off; on AWS and Google Cloud the discount is negotiated, not published.

Pricing terms
- Prices are in USD, excluding taxes. In Vietnam, quotes and invoices are issued in VND.
- The final price follows the scope agreed after the first conversation.
- Engagements above $20,000 are delivered in milestones. Each milestone is accepted and invoiced before the next begins.
- Timelines assume timely access to systems and data.
Questions we hear before the first call
- Is the price on this page the whole cost?
No. It is our fee. Databricks and your cloud provider bill you directly for what the platform uses.
We estimate both in the discovery workshop and measure them for real in the pilot, so there is no surprise on the first invoice.
- Can we start small?
Yes. The discovery workshop is free, and most clients start there.
The next steps are the migration scan ($2,500) and the governed pilot ($4,500). Both fees are credited in full against a larger contract signed within 90 days.
- Do you resell Databricks licences?
No. You contract with Databricks directly or through your cloud marketplace.
We take no margin on your consumption, so our advice on sizing is not tied to how much you spend.
- Where does our data go?
It stays in your own cloud account. We do not copy it to ours.
We work inside your Databricks workspace and your cloud account, under your access rules. Databricks has no region in Vietnam, so for banks and insurers we first decide which data must stay in Vietnam and which may be processed in the regional workspace, and prepare the cross-border transfer documentation that the processing requires.
- How are larger projects billed?
In milestones. You can stop after any milestone with something finished in hand.
Each milestone is accepted and invoiced before the next begins. Migrations are billed one wave at a time, and each wave is sized in complexity-weighted objects counted during the migration scan, so a larger workload becomes more waves rather than a bigger one.
- Do you work outside Vietnam?
Yes. We work with organisations across Southeast Asia.
We work in English and Vietnamese. Contracts in Vietnam are quoted and invoiced in VND; elsewhere in USD.
