This page explains what Sancire collects when you use sancire.com, what we use it for, where it is kept and how to have it deleted.

What the contact form collects

  • Your name, work email and company.
  • The service you are interested in, and how you heard about us.
  • Your message.
  • The page you sent the form from, the first page you opened on the site, the website that referred you (if any), and any campaign tags (UTM) in the link you followed.

To keep the last of these until you send the form, the page stores them in your browser tab’s session storage. They are removed when you close the tab. We do not use cookies.

What is recorded when you browse

  • Our web server logs each request: IP address, time, page, referring page and browser details. We use the logs to count visits and to protect the site.
  • Page views are counted with Umami, an open-source analytics tool hosted at analytics.tetra.vn. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you to other websites.
  • There are no advertising or third-party tracking scripts on the site.

How we use it

To reply to you and talk about the service you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for advertising.

Where it is kept

  • Form submissions are stored on a server run by Titan. Your name, email address and message stay on that server.
  • To track enquiries we use Brevo, a provider based in the European Union. Brevo receives a summary: company, service, how you heard about us, language, the pages and campaign tags listed above, and an internal record number. It does not receive your name, email address or message.
  • If you write to hello@sancire.com, or we reply to you by email, the messages and your email address are kept in Brevo so the conversation can continue.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Server access logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@sancire.com.
