Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, work email, company, the service you selected, how you found us, your message, the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Nothing else.

When you visit: our web server records the request in its access log — address, time, page, referring page and browser identifier. We use these logs to count visits and to protect the site. There are no cookies, no tracking scripts and no third-party analytics.

Why

To reply to your message and discuss the service you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your details for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored on a server operated by Titan Technology Corporation. A notification containing your submission is sent to our team by email through Brevo, an email service provider based in the European Union.

How long

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Access logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@sancire.com.
